Day 8 and I feel liberated!

My goodness I feel so free, its as if chains have been cut from me!

I will never smoke smoke again,Ive seen the light and its certainly smoke free for me.

Well done - it really is a liberating feeling on so many levels isn't it?

Not going to the cashpoint/shop anywhere near as often.

Not having to carry fags/tobacco/papers/matches/lighter everywhere you go

Not having to excuse yourself from houses of non smokers for a fag.

Not having to go outside in the rain when at work/home (I never smoked in front of my son).

Not having to try and plan things around your fags... I can't be the only one who used to have to plan new situations so that I could get my fag requirement in.

Remember flying abroad and panicking at the luggage reclaim because it was taking too long and you had to get through that and passport control before you could get outside for a smoke.

No you can just get on with living (and have more energy, look and feel better, smell nice, be more relaxed, etc)... good, innit?

This is my 3rd time trying ,I think the reason I failed before is my mind was not prepared properly.

I really feel so much better,I always thought I was very fit,I walk a lot go to the gym and do Kick Boxing,I thought my 8 aday habit was doing me No harm,but boy what a difference quitting has made in such a short time, Im really amazed!

8 a day, cripes I wish that had of been me, I was a filthy 20/30 fags a day how gross is that?!
