Day 19... why do I still feel so spaced?

All is still good, going strong, keeping positive thoughts going!

Had a couple of major cravings at weekend whilst drinking but passed quickly.

Trouble is, I still feel completly not with it, spaced out at work.... not good when you are trying to manage two really busy teams!

Benefits still completely outweigh the negatives though and can't beleive I've saved £90 so far! Just wondering why I feel spaced, can't put my finger on it?

Good to see others still going strong & some new guys.... well done for making the right choice!:D

I always thought that the spaced thing was due to your body getting used to having more oxygen about, but I'd have thought you'd be over that by now.

I'd have a word with your GP given its nearly 3 weeks in, could have something to do with the lozenges!

Yeah nic's right gav, see your GP soon as. My estimation is that your blood pressure may have been a bit high whilst you were smoking and this is beginning to lower again to what it should be.. You can feel a bit woozy as this restores and not something to be overly concerned about. Then again I'm a Paramedic and not a Doctor so you should get it checked mate.
