Just woken up to day 4 and can't believe I've got this far.
Off to see the advisor at the clinic this evening to get my first carbon monoxide reading as a non smoker. (Last week it was 20 - yuk) Hope it's down from that.
Am back to work this morning after 3 days off so hope I can keep busy and not want to slope out the back for a quick puff. NO I WILL NOT DO THAT.
Does anyone else find themselves arguing with themselves over "to smoke or not to smoke" - it's very weird, I do hope I'm not doing it out loud or people will think I've lost it.
Good luck to everyone else, especially anyone on day 4 today.

I'm sure most people have the internal power struggle, I look on it like an old Tom and Jerry cartoon where Tom is pictured with a devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other both trying to influence him.
tracey - Free and Healing for Ten Days, 12 Hours and 25 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 1 Day and 11 Hours, by avoiding the use of 421 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £104.80.
