Day 8 comes to an end day 9 almost here

Well day 8 is almost over had a really gud day today not had many cravings or climbed the walls so lets hope it gets easy from now ive had fags in ma house for day what i brought when i felt weak but not touched them its kinda gud havin them there nowin how long theyve been there it reminds me how well im doing strange yeh lol. spesh since there nect to my inhalator cartridges lol but ive not been tempted to toch them so m really plzd with myself, cant wait to have a day out with my son and niece tomoz with the money ive saved almost 50 so should have loads of fun. thanks for all the support from you fellow quitters xxx

your tellin me it is phil, im concerned abit thou cos i aint had a big coughin fit yet n coughed all the crap up of my chest thats bin there for past 13 years anyone else not had a cough from quitin

I quit a day b4 you and I haven't had a cough either, although I've have been complaining of a headache, so maybe it's all starting up

I think it affects people differently. I didn't have a cough either until well into my quit and I had been smoking for 40 odd years (stupid me:mad:). Then I got a cold and it seemed to start then. Everyone thought I was still smoking till I put them right. Having said that I have heard that others cough more or less from the start. So you can't really tell how it will affect people.
