How and where do i down load a quitline from? They seem like a really good idea.

Oh and where do you put yours on desktop or just on posts in here? :confused:

Do you mean a quit meter?

Something that provides info like :-

I have been quit for 1 Week, 21 hours, 9 minutes and 10 seconds (7 days). I have saved £34.04 by not smoking 141 cigarettes. I have saved 11 hours and 45 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 17/07/2008 13:26

If so I use Quit Keeper 1.08 from dedicateddesigns.com/qk/

erm whoops sorry!! its true we are all faceless on the net!

Thanks anyway, i did find one look.....

Mands - Smoke free for Two Days, 14 Hours and 45 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 5 Hours, by avoiding the use of 65 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £18.80.

No idea where the £18.80 has gone that i have saved its not in my pocket!! haha xx
