Many thanks peeps. As you can see I am sending this on a Saturday as I have got myself a laptop and can now post from home. It's a lovely sunny day and I have just got back from Bridlington. Going out again at six to join OH at the pub. Stopping over so won't be back till tomorrow night.

Hey Jan, 6 whole months, I'm not that far behind you. Can you remember what it felt like when we first started our quits, when reading of someone posting to say they had made 6 months it seemed like an impossible, un reachable goal. Now look, your here, how cool is that:cool:

Hi Mark - yes I can. Didn't think I would ever get this far and feel very surprised at myself as I am not a strong willed person, or at least I thought I wasn't. Just goes to show what you can do when you set your mind to it doesn't it.
