still Quit,

Hi All,

just seeing how everyone is dioing, im still Quit. going really well so far,

some days i could do with one then it just pass, i founds that by keeping the

mind busy with other things it make it a lot better staying Quit.......

hope everyone is well and enjoying the sun. really hot down kent right now.

going to a wedding on saturday near maidstone, looking forward to that. they

all know im a non -smoker now and it feels good,

let me know how everyone is doing. nice to hear from you all....

Hi Alan and well done on your four month quit. Keep it going and enjoy your wedding on Saturday. Get up on that dance floor at the reception and show them what you can do (you'll be so busy showing off your dance moves you won't be thinking of anything else:D).

It's hot in Somerset at the moment but very breezy and overcast - I suppose we're getting ready for a wet weekend........
