Glad to hear everyone's feeling good on their third days I'm certainly feeling a lot better than I was on the second. Ultrapoi- you know the best bit? That new jacket will never smell of smoke

When I read that smoking can have a negative effect on anxiety I thought it would take days for me to notice a difference. I've had a terrible few days stress-wise but I feel a lot calmer than I normally would. So I guess what I'm saying is yay!
