I must admit I am chuffed to be able to say I haven't had a puff in four months! Unbelievable and i've loved it! Imagine if you can for one moment that I hadn't stopped smoking, look at the fun i would have missed!

How many of my team is still here anyway? I know Dunny and Della are still here!

Am so proud to be here at 4 months, there were times up this rocky road that I nearly didn't make the corner but somehow I did. I am also aware that its not all plain sailing from now on but for me those corners are becoming smoother.

Congratulations to this forum for all the help, understanding, wit and patience it has had with me during this time.
