hi all cant believe i have made it into this far in my quit, 6 months now and it feels like real achievement, id like to thank everyone who supported me in the early days of my quit, and everone who still post and support people here on a daily basis you do make a difference to people lives.
iv not been the biggest poster but i do pop in and read through the posts its been a great help. once again thanks all.

I have been quit for 6 Months, 1 Week, 2 Days, 11 hours, 24 minutes and 58 seconds (191 days). I have saved £938.22 by not smoking 3,829 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 6 Days, 7 hours and 5 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 06/01/2008 23:30

Congratulations, Andy. Like you I don't come back here very often any more. This forum got me through the first three-four months in so many ways, then I tapered off.
Then, this morning while working I had a cig craving so I trotted back here to read a few posts. Eight months after quitting I still get a craving every now than then (though I must admit, not very often).
Everyone, good luck with your quits and keep going.
I'm feeling much better now!
