I'll be honest guys I have had the most crappy 3 days I can ever remember. I just went into total meltdown, shouting, crying and generally not a very nice person to be around. I dont remember my last quit being this hard at this stage. I have not wanted a ciggy but my mood has been totally awful. I'm gettin my weight back to what it was before I quit but I am overweight anyway, so I've got my head around that, but it has just been Everything Else. The kids, the house, work, hubby you name it.

BUT I have found something thats helped VITAMINS - I couldnt sleep saturday night so early sunday morning -4am!! - I decided to go through the medicine cabinet to see if there was anything in there to knock me out and came across some multivitamins. I took one and the difference on sunday pm and yesterday has been amazing - I feel like me again

I thought if just one person finds this helps then it would be worth telling you. I wouldnt want anyone to feel as bad as i have recently.

Hi Fluffy - I know what you mean, the first 2 weeks of my quit I was screaming like a banshee at OH. Bet he was glad he worked away during the week. Hehehe

Hi Fluffy, maybe there is something in what you say. I must admit that l have not had any mood swings at all during my quit, BUT, l do take, and have done for several years, multivitamins on a daily basis. :confused::confused::confused:
