Well I am on Day 13 and feeling fine. No cravings nothing which is good. I am sitting back wondering why I put off quitting for such a long time because I have found this to be quite easy once I got through the first few days...

Sooooooo very pleased its going good for you makes things much nicer. just be on your gaurd cos old nic can give you a nip when your not looking. Starting week three soon then you will be on month two be for you know it. have a nice weekend. linda xxxx
