hi team.

hope you are all well this afternoon. i think im doing well. not had no

niquitin lozenge. last took one easter saturday morning before going out.

not had too many craving as yet.. feel really good.

im out tonight for birthday meal with my smoking mate, when ever we go out.

we are alway outside having a smoke, but tonight im going to be a non

smoker, will feel really funny not going outside with him.. but this is what we

are all about. stoping smoking.. and i know i got you guys out there to help..

not my birthday

hi mojo jojo.

no its not my birthday yet. in april... had good night. too much to drink. but

still not smoking. feel please with myself. hope your ok and doing well
