I thought I might have found yesterday harder than I did, but I'm not complaining, or getting complacent for that matter.

It's so useful to have this forum, and it's funny how quickly you get hooked in and want to see everyone succeed.

I'm still here too. Still surprised at how easy it seems and wishing I'd done it years ago. I'm not taking for granted the rough ride that will probably be ahead though. Highlight of yesterday was my 14 year old son giving me a massive squeeze and telling me how proud he was of me before he went to bed:). Would, so far, recomment Champix to anyone. I find the only problem with it I have had is the bizarre dreams I have everynight.:eek:

hey people, i had several last week rather than 20 a day and this week non im not craving anymore that was the hard thing its like your whole body hurts but doesnt at the same time anyone know what i mean like you feel all tense and like you wanted to burst i didnt think cravings were going to be bad but they were!!!! moving on... ha ha but since last week this week ive found it so much easier! fag breaks at work i get a nice hot drink and a snack and at dinner rather than smoke as many as i can within the hour ive had a healthy lunch with a magazine!!!!!

PEOPLE YOU KNOW WHEN YOU PASS THE HARD PART IT STARTS TO GET EASY =)
