Hi all, just signed up so new to this site. Im on day 9 of quiting and apart from my new adiction to Aniseed Balls and coffee i feel great and very proud of myself. Been smoking for over 20 years and to say im a non-smoker sounds so weird !!!!

Wow! two replies nearly in as many minutes, thanks.
Im on the Patches 21mg to start off with then im going to drop to 14 then 7mg. Got the patches off a well known sell/buy site so they didnt cost a fortune. Its interesting reading everyones quiting methods, i guess its each to their own, whatever works etc...
well done u !!!!! Aniseed balls, still sell them! dont they make the sides of your mouth sort of bobbly
