Feeling low

I dont know whats up with me been feeling really low since yesterday afternoon. Cant say I am really wanting a fay but missing them feel like my life is different. Just hope things are better 2moro havent told anyone how I feel only my partner who is also quitting but he dont sound bothered. Anyway rambled on so give you a rest now. Linda xxxx

awwww Linda, Im no-one to comment, but have to symathise with you. I can promise you one thing though, that a fag wont make you feel happier, honestly it wont. If will make you feel worse. The addiction is just trying whatever it can to drag you back to it. Im sure somebody can tell you that you will come out of feeling like that very soon, and when you do you will be stonger for it. I can only tell you NOT to get tricked back to it. Have a good nights sleep and hope you are feeling better tomorrow. xx

Ditto Linda - I feel for you, I've been feeling the same. Today especially. I think it hits hard when you think you're past a certain stage and then when a "wave" hits you it kinda knocks you for six and you have to regain "super strength" from somewhere! :eek:

I bet you'll feel better tomorrow - maybe a couple of days is all you'll stand it for and not allow yourself to feel down from it anymore.

Hope tomorrow shines on you! Keep going - you're a fantastic role model for all us lot I know that!! Thank you for your continued supportive posts - they really help!
