what's important now is what you do from here, you can't change what's happened. You have to learn from this, pick yourself up and get going again - which you seem to be doing which is great.

RoseB:(Hi Rose, DO NOT despair:eek: You are not the first, and you certainly WILL NOT be the last. Think of this as a hiccup. Are you going cold turkey or taking something? It is NOT an easy thing that we are all trying to do, in fact some days are a nightmare. The important thing is Rose, not to give up giving up. If or when you feel like caving in again, just remember how you felt when you took that cigarette - how sick you felt and how it made your chest hurt You WILL do it this time, l have every faith in you
Oh poor Rose. I can only agree with what the others have said. Dont weep over spilled milk. Just put it down to expierence and carry on, thats all there is to it....... Go on.... go on......go on... HE HE! you can do it. stick with us we are here to help xxx Good luck
Hi Rose, i've just noticed that you are going Cold Turkey. Maybe you will find it easier to follow through with a little help, be it NRT or tablets. I know that there is absolutely no way that l could have quit without some form of help. I commend you for trying, but, if you can make it easier on yourself, why not?
Hi Rose, I guess it's all been said above but I just wanted to add my voice of support.. if virtual messages could give you the strength you need, you'd be sailing right now.. maybe you are. I hope so. keep strong, it is so worth it.
hey hun. As i said to someone else on here who had a small blip, you are doing so well + i shall tell you why.
this is my fourth time of stopping smoking and whenver i have tried to stop before if i had a cig i would end up back smoking 20 a day + i wouldn't try to stop again for like 6 months cos I would have lost all my confidence + willpower. So i think you are doing really well to be getting back on quiting + i don't think you should beat yourself up at all cos we have all been there honey.
You can do this. Stick with us for the extra support hunnie. the people on here are f.a.b and we are all in this together
