Hey folks!

So nice to read and see everyone is still doing great. I can't believe I'm doing this with this much ease. It has been months since I felt anything that would be considered a crave or bad day because of my quit. I can't wait till I can say I have a year in. Take care gang and stay strong.

Joe ;)

Hey Smokeless good to see you again and going stronger than ever! Congratulations for doing so well, it's encouraging :)

I hardly have any smoke related thoughts anymore myself and it's good to know it's not an illusion, I am allowed to start thinking the nic monkey is indeed dying after all :D

Hi Fran At what stage of your quit did you think to yourself I'm over this smoking, what i mean by that is when did you stop thinking cigs every waking minute of the day

Hey Phil - I think it was between week 3 and week 4 when I realized I had stopped thinking about ciggies every single minute of the day - as for thinking I was over smoking, that happened the second I put out my last cigarette ;)

But ok I really knew I was over smoking I guess at the beginning of month 2, when I started to be able to definitely relax and enjoy my smokeless life without obsessing over smoke anymore :)

Now most of the time I actually don't think about them at all, not even when I'm stressed - and that's alot as stress used to be my biggest trigger. In fact I've noticed I'm less stressed than when I used to smoke, so I reckon it was my addiction that triggered the stress I needed to feel allowed to chain smoke - how sick huh
