Double figure day! (10th day!!)

Morning everyone!

I made day 10 without a fag! thats doubled my previous effort!

not feeling too bad this morning, had some trouble with the bike and would normally have gone for a smoke but managed to refrain and im fine now

Andy, Ruth, Charlene any of you made it to double figures?
