Morning all. I am still here.

Had a crap night with the puppy crying all night long. Feel like my eyes are going to pop out my head. But i have no work today so can be lazy.

I am feeling OK. I dont want to smoke but keep getting this thought that it dont matter that i have 1. I know it does so will stay strong.

STill here but must say for the last two days been thinking of giving in not feeling very well since having lump removed and headache and been sick about 6 times over the last two days. im here - feeling bit crappy but not sure if its coz of cigs, still want one, still getting the same thought when i wake up - oh good another day of trying not to smoke!!!!! am bored with the effort of it all, but it would seem pointless to have 'just the one' :mad:

I locked myself out, the buggered my hand and arm trying to break in all swollen and bruised! never got in, my mobile ran outta juice so had to go to school to get Seans phone number!! lmao

Phoned him met him at work and finaly got in at 2:30 just in time to get the kids from school!! lol

Smoking didn't enter my mind! *phew* today I have done all the shopping and banking in the rain! lol Looking forward to getting home in a bit x x

Hang on in there Jojo the feeling won't last for long and sure as hell beats smoking everyday thinking 'argghh this is awful I really must quit soon!'

Nic has been badgering me today as well - 'just one cigarette wouldn't hurt', must be a Day 11 thing Not that I really want one, I just keep thinking that I could.

I think maybe it's to do with feeling confident - which is good but old nic is still there playing games with that confidence and cunningly trying to trick me into thinking I could just have one and then sail through another 11 days without one.

But I know that's not the case from passed experiences, I know all it would take would be one cigarette or even just one puff and before I knew what was happening I'd be back to 20+ a day again

So, it's not going to happen !!!!

You've lost Nic, I have won - get used to it and move on.
