Hi everyone!

Beginning day 4 of cold turkey and not feeling too bad.

When does the psychological craving stop, though? When do you stop feeling like a fag automatically after doing about 25 different things every day? I suppose that's what's difficult about these days that come now, maybe the progress and the sense of achievement isn't as great as in the first few days and it's easier to feel disappointed or tempted...

Still feel ridiculously hungry but am trying to stick to healthly veggy munching rather than Spanish chorizo or ham :), which is what first comes to mind.

As I said yesterday, I do find water really helps. I've bought one of those small bottles with a spout (wondering whether I should buy a baby bottle!) and suck on it every couple of minutes at least.

I am also taking these days to catch up on all the cinema-going I haven't had time for in the last few months. A few hours of craving-safe entertainment.

Anyway, for all of you who are still here on day 4, HANG IN THERE!

And for those of you who've lapsed, DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP ABOUT IT! Start again tomorrow.

Oooh Elenita I am chorizo mad we have an excellent spanish deli here and I snack on chorizo, squid and parma ham not so good to my waist line lol
