Ive just joined

My last fag was at 11pm on Monday.

Im really impressed with myself cause ive tried to give up loads of times but never succeeded even this far

Hey

Im on day 3 too - not feeling too good today - last ciggie was NYD bout 12.30 made sure i would run out, emptied all ashtrays - now i get in my car and the smell hits me, half of me hates it the other half just loves it!!!! I feel lke im in mourning. Am taking the pills but not the right way (gave up and started taking them at same time) so will see how it goes - good luck everyone.

Aw hun, that's exactly what we all did at that stage, mourn the loss of a dear old friend, tobacco - some sort of depression is to be expected in the first few days but hang in there cause it DOES GO AWAY, it's very important that you trust me on this

Yesterday was really awful - hope today better - up my dose to 2 pills a day, personally i dont think its them that make u suicidal - ITS NOT SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!

Off to work with a load of smelly smokers lol

Half way thru day 6 - gettin better - but omg do i notice the stale smell of smoke when others have a puff, havent actually been with a smoker yet that test comes today!!! but i will just do my lindy hop and hopefully not feel so short of breath afterwards - my main reason 4 givin up
