My other half has just had an extraction, bless him he was on antibiotics all over the hols, didn't stop his medicinal Brandy though Lol!!

But he said when he just came out of the dentist, the temperature has treally dropped!! tis freezing!

He should be getting a job for tomorrow, but if it's too cold he won't be able to lay bricks *sigh* so may be another week or two with no money! arggghh

Ohh no thats not good if the weather turns and he cant work:mad:

I need to go dry my hair and get dressed. I am starving hungry and we need some bread so have to go to the shop. But i have no motivation i think it may be because i have no concentration and cannot stop thinking of smoking.

Think of a scenario for the day, maybe your holiday thats coming up?

And use the thinking time your spending on thinking of smoking to go through the entire holiday, from arriving at the airport to waking the first day, what will you be doing? the weather? does it feel lovely and warm? you laugh, eat, swim etc etc try and concentrate on this scenario
