Day 1 for me

OK so this is day 1 AGAIN

I am using patches at the moment until i get to see my Dr. Not sure if to say on the patches or try Champix.

So wish me luck xxxx

I am using patches too,

I couldn't take Champix because my thyroid levels weren't balanced.

My sister was worried about me taking a drug that is too well known about yet so she's pleased lol

Doc says if my thyroid is balanced in mid Jan I can go onto the Champix.

I don't think I will though, reckon i'll stick with the patches.

I have had to hve another blood test for my thyroids too and the dr wanted me to wait till mid Jan. So i though i would give the patches another go.

I am on 100ml at the moment back to see Dr this week.

As for the smoking havent thought about it till about an hour ago and i had this big craving. So i have cleaned the kitchen. washed the floor and clean the inside of down stairs wondows. :confused:

2 big glasses of water and some chewy sweets and i am over that craving for now.:confused:

Same really, had a big crave not so long ago so came back here and carried on with some crafts.

Seems to of passed again for now.

Keep rubbing my patch, doesn't seem as strong as they used too *sigh*

Hi, it's my 1st day too and at the moment, l am having a bit of a craving, so thought l would come on here until it passes. I am on champix, and so far, they do seem to be helping quite a lot. The cravings have not been nearly as bad as l expected them to be. Lets hope they continue to be so. Tee Hee

WELL!!! The 1st 24 hours are over. I'm not feeling too good at the moment.How can anyone be so dependant on a piece of rolled up paper with a bit of muck in it? I feel disgusted with myself for not being able to just chuck it, BUT, that is far easier said than done. See you all tomorrow. xxx
