feeling up and down today true craving for a fag, eating and eating and eating and runny nose and headaches from a stinking cold.........I'm feeling soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sorry for myself - that just made me laugh soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just imagined how it was the first few days without a fag - compare to this I'm (almost) in heaven!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway even with all of my self-pity I'm not going back to THE, not MY , smoking habit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:mad::mad:
