Hi Clear the air and everyone else

After my last post - (ammunition at the ready - my last ingredient that was missing was the magic WILLPOWER). I read your post tonight and this was enough to determine my date. TOMORROW is d-day. I will smoke my last fag tonight and try (no I will) do better than my last 7 week stumbling block.

Keep posting to let us know how you are doing the same as I will.

Thanks to all for supportive postings and if things get rough - breath in for calm breath out the cr-p!
