101 Days!!!!! Can't believe it!!! haven't been on here for a couple of months. This is my 2nd time of trying (lasted 7 weeks last) and i can't get to grips how i am feeling so much better!! don't cough till i cry anymore and am playing football regularly again. If someone told me how good i would feel after quitting 10 years ago then i would have done it then but i was ruled by them!! NOT ANYMORE, I have the power!!!!!!

me again, just keep bobbing in to read the messages, only 8 days to go and i'm in the 6 month+ club. Can't wait as i feel that i am acheiving what i thought was a dream 3-4 days into it.:)
