Day 11 & feeling OK

Hi all, feel much better this morning, mood as lifted and ready for the day.

linlin we can do this, this year five close friends of my have quit smoking all smoked over 20 cigs a day, three of them you would think they could not quit in a million years because of stressful jobs, but all have succeeded and feel all the better for it.

So now the time as come for me to have some bottle and get rid of this deathly habit for good.

So come on linlin lets go forward with this, you & I can succeed, I give you my word I will not smoke now or ever again. Love Joan XXX

Joan how awesome is it that your friends have quit and are still going strong! that kind of inspiration coming from friends/family is quite important you are lucky to have them around and hey, they too are lucky to have you around, and for exactly the same reason

Day 11 here to

I would never have even dream't that I'd get this far. Day 11 ??? well well well, really impressed with myself,

I feel a lot better.

I feel cleaner.

I know i'm wealthier.

I admit to the odd "twinge" at "boredom times" but other wise all fab ...Have to say a lot of my smoking friends are amazed and jealous.
