    Hi All,

just joined today. I am on day 16 and I can't believe it either!!!!! Thank you god for Champix! I have tried everything, hypnosis, acupuncture, Alan Carr, I even got down from 20 a day to 1 a day for 3 months.

But I can put my hand on my heart and say i have not have one puff in 15 days!!! Had a wobble Sat night, lifted a cig, lit it but stubbed it straight out and refused to do it.

I believe that I now have no nicotine in my body and that's what is stopping me now. I WILL NOT GO BACK.

    Good Luck Everyone

HIYA!!! Welcome to the mad house :p

You are doing great. Keep up the good work and keep posting here so we can help you along your journey :D You can stay quit!!

  • Thanks

Thanks both for the encouragement. I am adamant that this time i won't fail. I hate smoking.

My hubby still smokes, which made the first while hard. But now even that is not bothering me as much. Each day gets easier, and I notice I don't think about them as often.

The gym also helps, after being off the cigs 1 week, i went from 3 miles to 3.5 miles, with no efforet at all!!!!

    Will keep you posted.
