well i dunno what to say really... its day 16 and ive gone from 3 min cravings to all day long craving..its like a constant niggle in the back of my throat. good thing is now it isnt a major craving and i hardly notice it most of the day but when i sit there and think about it its always there. Be eating loads dont mind that to much i needed to put on some weight. starting gym tommorrow though before i start to get fat. Thanks guys for helping me through this. i dont post every day but im allways checking the forum and reading peoples posts. Kudos for everyone who has stopped and hopefully we will stay stopped this time
