Ok onto day 15 now, but feeling really low. I have had some great days, feeling really good, but yesterday and today, i feel awful! Is this normal?
Dont get me wrong I knew it would be a long hard struggle but I am so tired of fighting the will not to have a ciggy. I just feel it is easier to give in and have one! I know this is the nic talking but its pants!
You feel like all is going well and then BANG you feel poo again! I guess I just feel like I need a bit of reassurance that it does get better!
BOO HOO ME!! lol

It does get better and don't let it beat you now... In June on the 18th day of giving up I folded and still regret it now... I'd be sitting at nearly 6 months given up by now instead of 5 days...
What I do now and this is what I should have done back in June, is wrapped up warm and gone for a little walk outside, get away from everyone, take some deep breathes of the cold *fresh* air and be happy about life without the evil weed.
I am currently going for at least one walk per night at the moment, I think on day two I locked myself in my office for 30 minutes. I find being away from noice and people help alot ( plus a strong coffee and trebor extra strong mints ).
Good advice me thinks!! Been told I need to walk more, for my back so I do need to do it.
Also be great for hubby to have some bonding time with the girls:eek: lol
No I totally agree with having some quiet time, it certainly helps, I guess sometimes we forget to do the stuff that helps and just sit and suffer just for sake of being miserable, or is that just me?:rolleyes:
Always good to have some quiet time... I have a daughter due on the 7th December... Always wanted a daughter (Daddies girl and all that), my 5 yr old Son just kicks me in the shins and laughs...
The only thing I am concerned about now is that apparently, and I have it on good authority, little girls shreak and have traumatic tantrums...
Now I have experienced shreaking girls at McDonalds before (Made me squeeze my Big Mac too hard and the filling plopped out! Not as bad as those Cheese Deluxe Quarterpounders they use to do about 10 yrs ago, you just couldn't eat them in a car while driving without it falling into your lap  ).
Any how where were we, thats it, shreaking girls... Dear oh dear, shame its not like Amazon... Print of a return label and book DHL for a same day pickup... Only joking, when my Princess arrives there will be no short skirts, no boyfriends until she's at least 30 (maybe 40) and no one will be allowed to upset her
Never having had a baby boy I cant really compare, but my girls are so different, one is a true princess, who does have tantrums! but not in macdonalds. as of yet lol, but she is only 3 so plenty of time yet!! The other is 2 and is very laid back and doesnt have tantrums, if she gets miserable she just bits her sister! lol. We are working on this, trying to tell her this is not nice, maybe we should give her more to eat! lol.
But hubby has said the same as you, no short skirts, no boyfriends until they are 40 ish etc etc, I have tried reminding him that my dad also said this and we were married when I was 19! so it doesnt work, but he is insistant it will for our two!!! lol.
I totally agree with your husband, and you have to remember that the if you commit murder nowadays worst case is you get 3 years suspended sentence, 200 Club Card points and jump to the top of the local authorities housing list.
So in reality, for every boyfriend duffed up, we get a nice Fillet Steak from Tescos and a new Kitchen to cook it in
Life doesn't get any better than that...
