well i must confess i quit the ciggs but i got a new habbit,i keep listening to this about 20 times a day Rose Garden－Lynn Anderson,(it's like a comfort blanket)

so instead of 20 ciggys im singing along to this 20 times aday/help.

not much to talk about today,bit bored no cravings or side effects.

have managed to get my pc core2duo cpu to run at 3040x2 instead of 2.13x2 so that is flying.

apart from that no news or updates but later on i think i will have a load of cans of lager.
