Today is Friday... always the hardest non smoking day for me... I have un-quit many a Friday.

Happy hour, hitting the bars, the strong desire to chill after a crap week

Know what you mean until a couple of week ago I used to work Friday night in a bar till 11:30 pm ish. Then a crowd of us would hit the late bars and clubs then stager home with the birds tweeting, used to love it but I’ve knocked it on the head till Christmas out of the way.

ugh another Friday....and I have to go face my renovation project for the weekend. My house is a gutted mess and I have to be ready to move in 2mos:eek: Just thinking about it makes me want to smoke:mad: I think I am going to break my week long ban on drinking tonight... a man can only handle so much deprivation

Monday will be 4weeks though.

Dont have traffic or taxi problems here, but Friday and Saturday nights are my bar nights. Staying in with a bottle ... or 2.. of lildls finest at 1Euro a bottle, fire lit, and not , definitely not, having a ciggie tonight. I know there are some in the house, The Mrs hid them this morning, but keep determined, you can get through it.

We have a renovation project ongoing too, and it can be depressing looking at it, but think of the positive side, you would loose more from smoking than capital gains....
