when my daughter asked me this as i (shame on me) lit a fag in front of her i felt SICK - since she was born 4 years ago i promised myself to quit and always found excuses, mainly work, relationship issues etc...........

I HATE HER ASKING WHETHER SHE CAN HAVE A TRY

I HATE NOT BEING ABLE TO KISS MY HUSBAND OR MY DAUGHTER IF I SMOKE

I HATE TO SPEND TIME TO GO OUTSIDE FOR SMOKING AND THAT IS GIVING ME A LOT OF STRESS

I HATE THE CRAVING

I HATE NOT BEING ABLE TO RELAX WITHOUT A FAG

I HATE STAINED TEETH

I HATE MY SHORTNESS OF BREATH AND THE MORNING COUGH

I'M SURE I KNOW OF MAnY MORE REASONS TO QUIT

I WANT TO QUIT!!!!
