Let Try This Again...

Hi there, poor you, but don't feel down cos at least you've had the courage to try again and that's the most important thing, give yourself a pat on the back, don't be so hard on yourself, at least this time you'll know the pitfalls and will be ready for them, in a way I think its a good thing cos you're stronger the second time round!

Welcome back Smokesignal
3 steps forward and 1 back and all that
You have achieved a lot by quitting,
Lessons have been learned and you progress onto a new stage of being a non smoker.
Brush your self down and go onwards and upwards.
Well done smokesignal x x

Hi Smokesignal
So you had a bit of a slip and went back to smoking - most of us have done that at one time or another (me being a major culprit) but the great thing is you,ve decided to get straight back on the horse and go for it again. That says real determination and committment to me. Good for you!!!
Kx
your not on your own smokesignal. I have trouble getting past day 1. 12 days is a major achievement.
