Yes people, little old moi has reached day 7. I realise its early days still but I just feel so damn GOOD about it. I never felt like this during my past quits (sorry for going on AGAIN!)

Bravo kazza!! It's never early days to feel damn good about our achievements, besides, the first week is SO important! An entire week smoke-free now doesn't that feel just great
