Well done babe; Day 17 is fantastic - don't you dare give up on me now!! Nearly at the three week stage which is amazing - please remember how far you have come and how much you struggled to get here. I can promise you something that having had two puffs yesterday smoking is not what you imagine it to be anymore because as far as your body is concerned it is yucky poison. It is all just the mind games - which you Mr Whitey who has been soooo strong can fight off - I know you can do it - remember the cravings only last 3-5 minutes - that's just enough time for a pint and a dance to the Scissor Sisters!!!
