Hi Roxy,

How time flies, it doesn't seem that long ago when you joined and were on day 1. I found day 3 and day 9 have been the worst days for me so far and I am on 1 month tomorow. So hopefully you are over the worst!

Keep up the good work, you are doing fab!

Hey guys

As I read I see everyone posting what their worst days were. Mine were day 4, 7, 9, and 11! Things get easier as time goes by :D

Thanks everyone for your support, my worst days were everyone or so it felt like it,

I just felt so low and crap many times and was gonna give in and go back to smoking, been really hard going the worst I’ve ever had to put myself through I think. (I'm sure you all feel the same)

The more days I battled through without a cigarette the more; I pushed myself to do another day without and now I have got through day 10 YERrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr:)

Going on Holiday on Wednesday, not sure how I will do!!!!

Awwww I know how you are feeling. If you read some of my posts you will see I had days where I was giving up, but with the help of these great people I stuck with it (don't know how exactly) and here I am 1 day away from 3 weeks. It is the toughest thing I have ever done too Roxy, but you must know that you are doing something great for yourself and only YOU can do it. If you give in your will kick yourself because oneday you will try to quit again and you will be back at the dreaded day 1. You can do this, I know you can. Hang in and keep yourself busy. Talk to us here online when you feel your absolute worst and type away until your heart is content. I did that a few times and these AMAZING people helped me through it. Hold tight we all care about you and we want you to succeed. You are almost through day 10 - that is such an amazing amount of time. No turning back now!! :D
