Hi Guys

Just so you know I did break the CD writer - oooooooppppppppsssss.

Just spent 38 mins on the 087million quid number and they're sending a guy to SORT IT!!! We've got to have a new hard drive - just as well we get the electrical protection on everything isn't it coz I break it all - don't mean to it just happens........

I've had 5 irons in a year - only paid for 1 4 free on insurance - cor that was coooooooool

Sorry Boudee I've had too much redbull I think to keep me going as I've not slept for nights now and hardly eaten a thing.....I'm not poorly just I don't know on a very fine line is the best way to say it. So if I keep myself up with music or something it will stop me feeling so low and tired.

Thanks very much for your pics and words. I'm ok just hate the fact sleeping is such a problem - but I've just got to DEAL WITH IT as Tracey would say.

Thank God for redbull though I think it makes me even more bonkers sometimes especially if I listen to particular songs.........no I wont say the words again!!!

I have been cleaning all morning inbetween doing bits with the kids. Matthew has strained his groin from rocking/flapping and bouncing so much which he still can't stop himself doing, so what he has done is now kneel on the floor and do it so his legs aren't being stretched at the top - he's worked it all out.

I did find the weekend very bad for wanting a smoke but better now - it's a redbull purge now!!

Hope you are both really well my lovelys.

PS) Boudee you was asking why I only smoked 5 cigs. Well that is an average cos some days were more and some less. But what is interesting is the research that has gone into this are of amount smoking vs giving up stated that people who smoked only a little amount found it much harder to give up than those who smoked more because they have such emotional attachment to the cigerette - which is true for me I would say. Each cig represented something to me. The research said that those who smoked more had the nicotene problem where as someone like me doesn't have such a nocotene problem - there is some but not on th same scale - it is the mental torture of what each cigerette means and people always said oh you don't smoke that much why bother giving up - but to try and give up has been horrendous before this time. Caved in very quickly.

Oh I meant to mention lots of people said to me you smoke such a little why give up from my GP to some of Matthew's doctors, to of coure other smokers too which is understandable. Interesting though. I think it is because of my situation it is like well whatever gets you through each day. But I didn't want to be a smoker for ever as there will never be a stop to all of what's going on.

I think that is a bizzare thing to say especially from docs!! :eek:

However stressful our lives maybe, slowly killing ourselves is of absolutely no use to anyone!!

Good luck with the sleep x x is something I know well and this is the worst bit that Boudee said if you stress about not sleeping you your anxiety will keep you awake more God I really hate that >_<

Be sure to put the day to bed and only think of pretty things x x

I imagine scenarios to help me sleep, usually myself walking in the countryside with a long flowing white dress
