I couldn't breathe anymore, i would get out of the chair and be out of breath, climbing stairs where a no no, my job climbing stairs! so i had to do something fast, well i thought to myself, i don't enjoy smoking, i would light up have a couple of puffs then put it out! so what was the point, this was on the Tuesday 29th May i phoned that morning got an appointment straight away, got my patches that day, had my last fag at 10.30 then that was it 2+ months on and i couldn't be happier.

newport, mwnt and poppet sands some of the most beatifull places i have visited

South west wales, i spent much of my child hood in west wales, by the preseli mountains.

I could go there now, just walk along the beach with no shoes on, my bare feet sinking in the sand, now that would be nice lol
