22 days week4 hardly seems possible. i didnt have any repeat of probs i had on day21, still had a pang after tea but it went in under a minute so i had a pleasant evening went to bed at 21:30 so tired again, i woke at 5 to go to the gym and went back to bed till 6 so gave the gym a miss today.
Still having serious problems with wind surely this cant last much longer can it, when i go to Trowbridge 2morrow i will have a look for some herbal remedy/medicine to help allieviate the problem, failing that i will buy some corks.
I hope everyone has a nice weekend and doesnt have to many problems with the old nic demons

i have got some peppermint herbal tea to try, (dr recommended peppermint) i have not tried it yet as my tummy has really improved since removing certain things from my diet but i will have a cup of it later (as tum still gets a bit whirly). i think you can get peppermint in a cordial aswell.
i dont know about peppermint tea as i am taking colpermin for ibs which is peppermint oil and that hasnt helped, do you think peppermint tea would help
I am not sure that it is any better than peppermint oil colpermin is a nice compact form of a good ingredient! that should be helping
The different ingestion method may help? no harm in trying if nothing else drinking a nice warm cup of mint tea is relaxing and pleasurable warm water is good for you too.
I also take a small 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda in water to help settle things.
