Hey-yahhh boys and girls!

Just thought I'd let people know I'm still going good and ask how you are all getting on?

Was out in some clubs last night and it is so much better without the smoke. You can actually see for 1 thing!!!! lol.

Also I don't get splitting hangovers like I used to either! I can breathe!

wow u are brave, I dont think that I could go out round town yet, as that is when I used to smoke like a chimmney.

I know u cant smoke in the clubs and pubs anymore but I still think it would make the crave, just the mere memory.:eek:

Well done you I think you should give yourself a huge pat on the pack.

Im on day 16 today and havent had any lapses so far and I hope to carry on as well as I have done so far. Wish me luck.

For me not smoking while I drink doesn't bother me really. Much in the same way I have never smoked after a meal... I'm sure my habbits were quite strange actually.

I found it funny that people were standing in line, awaiting their session in the fenced off area to smoke in the carpark. All of my friends spending most of their night out in a queue or in the carpark, having paid £8 to get inside.

I must admit though, I used to get pissed off with people smoking on the dance floor! frigging £80 karen millen dusty pink dress, now complete with two burn holes aaaarrrgghhhh wont need to worry about that happening again

I never smoked much in clubs too busy lol

Yeh having read most of Allen Carr's book, I now consider my mind open and myself able to see smoking for what it really is. (And if I have been brainwashed into believing nonsense, it stopped me killing myself so who cares )

I found it astonishing that people were doing all that for a cigarette.

...And standing in what is effectivly a cage in a carpark in the freezing cold while everyone else is upstairs having fun...Humiliating, no?
