hi i have been on here before saying i was going to give up smoking i managed to give up for 2 days then i would start again this last week i have just been smoking 5 a day i have got 3 cigs left and after tonight i am going to stop i feel more confedent that i can do it i have been coming on here every day and reading how you are all doing and i really want to give up this time marg:)
