Phew what a tough day it's been... and it's not over yet!

The cravings have kicked in today... I missed my morning with with a cuppa, my 2nd morning one walking to college, my break time, my lunch time, just before my practical exam and was gasping for one after the exam :(

I had a nasty headache last night just before going to bed, so I think I woke up grumpy.

I keep telling myself it is gonna get better!

Thanks all - my chest hurts, and my nose feels like it's full of crap :(

I just want a few drags to ease the pain....

I'm styuding Holistic therapy Grinfire - 10 weeks lleft and I'll be able to start my own business :D

How does smoking ease chest pain :confused: feeling rubbish is your body getting rid of all that rubbish you've been forcing upon it all this time! when your feeling well you'll feel better than you have in years and look better too!

My favourite way to pass time is to close my eyes and visualise me having achieved one of my goals, albeit achievable or non achievable.

With a few deep breathes in through the nose and out through the mouth. I feel quite relaxed and my focus shifts.

I go to bed early specifically for that reason sometimes!

Try and shift the grumpiness first by performing a primal scream into your pillow :D

2 days of no smoking! that's a goal in itself! Well Done Seren, Keep up the great work x x

Drink lots of water to clean out your system. Holistic studies that is wonderful, I do a bit of that myself. Well I work with a native american man who is a shaman/herb healer. Do you study native healing (native plants) or all types of holistic studies? He has been teaching me since I was a kid, great stuff to learn. Maybe we can swap notes sometime.

I would so love to swap notes.....

As I'm doing the college diploma it's main stream holisitics - mainly Chinese. I'm doing reflexology, reiki, nutrition and aromatherapy. I'd love to go down the Shaman path to heal and for a personal journey.

The aromatherapy is fab, learning about the plants and flowers... are you using any mixes to help your body heal?
