Well, here I am again, Day Four for me now.
Gritting my teeth, keeping busy, and trying not to stuff myself silly.

The thing that's bugging me most today is not the urge to smoke but trying to resist the urge to scratch away at these bl**** great wheals on my arms left by the patches! Am considering trying to do without them, but am scared to try in case the urge to smoke comes back with a vengeance!
