Heya friends, the norsmeman is signing in, letting you know i'm still smoke free, on day nine now... doing alright with the cravings, but, it seems i am one stressed out angry human right now. Trying to deal with that... If you have any suggestions, i'm up for hearing them, cause i don't want to snap and do something stupid.

Best thing to do is find something to do that you like and that will take your mind off smoking - could be anything from watching a DVD, listening to music, reading, cooking, whatever. If you can't think of anything quickly, sit down and make a list ..... making the list in itself will help.
Stay strong. Go for a walk. Big deep breaths .... just don't smoke.
