my last two weeks of patches today ,down to the lowest ones ,i took four days to get used to the last patches now ,a big stepdown again ,nearly there now im not going back

my cessation nurse is keeping me on 14mg patches for 6 weeks instead of two ,then i will be on 7mg for six weeks ,i questioned this ,but she says ,i want you to quit this time so ,thats what we are going to do.ive just found out the side effect of nrt is sleepless nights ,im glad i know why im going through this .but its been nearly nine weeks without a smoke now ,im still in total control ,but could easily still love a fag ,but hey ,no way
