hi there i work at hallamshire hospital and they were having these no smoking sessions there so i thougth that i would go and find out what they could do for me as i was wanting to quit as my partner has just had a baby boy and my partner deos not smoke so i wanted to give up for them ,the ladys i saw were very helpful and they explaned everything and gave patches and a letter to take to my doctors. its been seven weeks now and i am still not smoking also i cycle to work and also have got my partners parents to give up so you see anyone can give up yes its not easy but if you set you mind to it you can do it .
