I have NH lymphoma and am being treated at Dana Farber in Boston. I have had chemo but am now on immunotherapy with a bi-specific antibody clinical trial. My cancer is now in remission. It is so much easier than chemo and my results have been good so far. It is weird, but since the drug is so new they don’t have a protocol for anyone with success. I am fortunate and grateful!

Hi

I had Rituximab as part of the R-CHOP protocol to treat Post Transplant Proliferative Disorder (Non Hodgkin Large B cell) in 2013. To intents and purpose I am cured. No longer being followed up. Had no problems with Rituximab but the Vincristine element has left a touch of numbness in my toes. I had 8 cycles of R-Chop in all over about 8 months.

I had two courses of Rituxan, which did not work. I also had a dose of Zevalin, which only achieved a 40% response. That does not even count as a 'partial' response. I was being treated for relapsed follicular lymphoma.

I had Rituximab therapy for splenic marginal zone lymphoma. I had four initial infusions, then ten more ojver the next two years. I was in remission for five years. It is a slow growing cancer, so I’m on watch and wait now until it’s determined that it needs treatment again.

I had Rituximab, four courses over 5 weeks, intravenous for B Cell NHL. Some reaction to the first two courses but no long-term issues. I responded well and am on follow up watch and wait. I'm a 64-year old super healthy woman.

I had rituximab treatment August / September 2021. 4 weekly infusions (on Fridays), a good response which has put me into remission. First post treatment check up coming up soon. The treatment was easy to live with, I worked (from home) the rest of the week. The only downside is that this kills B-cell lymphocytes, (which it is meant to do) but does create a higher risk for infection and illness, in the midst of a global pandemic and with the vaccines being attenuated to work with B-cell lymphocytes means a reduced level of effectiveness. Nonetheless, T-cell lymphocytes are left in place so there is still some benefit in having the vaccines and for those in the USA (I'm in the UK) Evusheld is a good alternative.

I am currently on a clinical trial for Non Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. It’s Rituxan and Venetoclax. Been doing this since November’21 and it’s doing MIRACLES for me!

Hi, I have B cell follicular NHL. I had R-CHOP for 8 sessions in 2012 then a further 2 years of Rituximab. This has left me with Hypogammaglobulinemia. Literally no immune system that has never recovered after the treatment. I wish I had looked into it further before having Rituximab.

I was diagnosed in 2019 with stage 2 folicular NHL did Rituximab for a month every week (4 total) after 3 months i was in partial remission.. after that did vegan diet 5 days a week no red meat , supplements such as Vitamin D3 10,000 daily, omega 3, probiotics, selenium, vitamin C, niacin, zinc, turmeric, garlic pearls, digestive enzymes, teas such as green tea without caffeine, dandelion root, detox tea, Iv infussion, accupunture, meditation, excercise, forest bath (20 min a day).. and adaptogens which I think was one of the best things (reishi mushroom chaga mushroom on smoothies, acai in smoothies, cranberry wild, broccoli sprouts) and no sugar which makes the cancer grow faster.. 6 months after all that i was in total remission.. its been two years i do vegan diet 3 days a week and continue to do a little less of all those things that helped! But I am still in remission and feeling great!! I recommend a book it helped a lot.. 2 actually.. Radical Remission and Chris beat cancer! There’s alot of good information out there!! I wish you the best! Go with your heart as well, what do you think it will help really and do that!
