Hi I am joining your community to support my Dad who is the best dad ever! He was diagnosed with NHL and has been in Ibrutinib 420 for quite some time now. One of the side effects is an ongoing UTI. His doctor has put him on Bactrim for 90 days, which is called Chronic Suppression Therapy. I think lowering his dose of Ibrutinib would be a good idea. I welcome all input on lowering the dosage. Thank you.

Welcome to NHL Friends! It's great that you're supporting your Dad. Hopefully someone will have some experience to share on this topic.
Also have a look at the CLL forum as similar drugs can be used to treat both illnesses.
