We can all improve our health and resilience by revising our eating habits and we don't need to go to extremes in order to make a big difference in our wellness whether on w&w or post treatment.

Totally agree that what we put into our bodies makes a difference and a plant based diet feeds the cells and supports the immune system! thanks for sharing.

Interesting Article: My Thoughts...

Before Cancer: I was a Pescatarian, may have lessened my immune system.

When Diagnosed: Eat whats possible.

When Undergoing Chemo: Eat if you can.

After Chemo: Eat Healthy Foods, watch your blood test results and fine tune as needed.

When In Remission: Figure Out What Foods Are Going to Promote Health & Healing in Your Body, everyone is different, and eat them if possible. Staying away from chemicals in food sounds like a real good idea.

After Remission: No chemicals in food.
